We are a premium distributor specializing in luxury cigars and high-end cigar accessories. Known for exceptional product quality, exclusivity, and service excellence, we supply retailers, lounges, and select hospitality clients across the region. We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead growth initiatives, strengthen our market presence, and manage a small but dynamic sales team.

Position Summary

The Sales & Marketing Manager will oversee all sales operations and marketing activities, ensuring strong brand visibility while driving revenue growth. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, ranging from managing key accounts to developing marketing campaigns, supervising sales reps, and expanding market reach.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Management

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and reach new markets
  • Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, lounges, hospitality partners, and wholesalers
  • Identify new business opportunities and oversee onboarding of key accounts
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and partnership agreements with clients

Marketing Leadership

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote premium cigar products and accessories
  • Manage brand image, product positioning, and communications
  • Coordinate digital marketing (social media, email campaigns, product launches, website updates)
  • Organize and represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and promotional activations
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to guide strategy

Operational Responsibilities

  • Create and track sales and marketing reports
  • Work closely with management on budgeting, forecasting, and product planning
  • Maintain high knowledge of products, brand story, and industry trends

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership (luxury goods, tobacco, beverages, hospitality, or related industries preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience developing and managing sales teams
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution
  • Ability to travel for meetings, events, and account visits
  • Professional, polished presentation style
  • Passion or knowledge of cigars is an asset
