We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager specialized in Oilfield Equipment on behalf of our client in Bahrain. Candidate will be responsible for KSA & Bahrain region.
Job Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying customer needs and ensure satisfaction with services and equipment.

Develop and implement marketing strategies as part of wider sales and marketing programs.

Prepare weekly sales plans and monitor marketing performance.

Maintain professional appearance, attitude, and approach while representing the company.

Set annual sales targets and budgets in consultation with senior management and ensure achievement.

Collect and analyze sales data and market intelligence to inform target setting and strategic planning.

Increase market share for oilfield equipment manufacturing and repair; secure OEM licenses for service and repair accreditation.

Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers.

Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure success in achieving customer satisfaction.

Review and approve quotations prepared by the sales team.

Ensure proper invoicing and collection of payments.

Coach subordinates in selling skills, product knowledge, and system awareness, including handling difficult customer situations.

Maintain coordination with production to meet delivery timelines.

Attend to and resolve customer complaints and implement preventive measures.

Approve customer discounts and agent commissions.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a technical field.

7–10 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the oil engineering sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Experience with API products is highly desirable.
