Sales Marketing Manager - Oilfield

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager specialized in Oilfield Equipment on behalf of our client in Bahrain. Candidate will be responsible for KSA & Bahrain region.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying customer needs and ensure satisfaction with services and equipment.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies as part of wider sales and marketing programs.
  • Prepare weekly sales plans and monitor marketing performance.
  • Maintain professional appearance, attitude, and approach while representing the company.
  • Set annual sales targets and budgets in consultation with senior management and ensure achievement.
  • Collect and analyze sales data and market intelligence to inform target setting and strategic planning.
  • Increase market share for oilfield equipment manufacturing and repair; secure OEM licenses for service and repair accreditation.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure success in achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Review and approve quotations prepared by the sales team.
  • Ensure proper invoicing and collection of payments.
  • Coach subordinates in selling skills, product knowledge, and system awareness, including handling difficult customer situations.
  • Maintain coordination with production to meet delivery timelines.
  • Attend to and resolve customer complaints and implement preventive measures.
  • Approve customer discounts and agent commissions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a technical field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the oil engineering sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience with API products is highly desirable.
