Job Overview

Emirates Talent Solution is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for a leading property development client in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of proven experience in real estate and property development sales, with strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and team leadership.

This role is suited for a performance-driven professional who can develop effective sales strategies, expand client networks, achieve revenue targets, and strengthen the company’s presence in the market.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for property development projects.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients, investors, and channel partners.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to optimize sales outcomes.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Work with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, property exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure marketing materials accurately reflect project brand identity and value proposition.
  • Organize property tours, site visits, and client engagement events to drive sales conversions.

Client Relationship & Negotiation

  • Conduct property presentations and negotiate deals to achieve profitable closures.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive information on project features, investment advantages, and financial options.
  • Manage client inquiries efficiently and ensure a smooth post-sales experience.

Team Leadership & Reporting

  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales executives and broker networks to meet performance targets.
  • Design and implement sales incentive programs to boost team productivity.
  • Track sales performance and report insights and recommendations to senior management.

Candidate ProfileQualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in sales or real estate are an advantage.

Experience

  • 5–7 years in property development or real estate sales, preferably in the Dubai market.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, legal frameworks, and real estate sales processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and target-oriented.

Compensation

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
