Sales & Marketing Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Officer to lead our IT business growth in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, expand our customer base, and increase revenue. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives

- New lead generation and manage sales to drive business growth and revenue

- Build relationships with potential clients

- Manage existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials

- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to build sales and marketing strategies

- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT industry

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with IT products and services, including software, hardware, and networking solutions

- Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing

Salary Package: Monthly Package Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 65,000
