Sales & Marketing Specialist

An educational institute based in Al Ain is seeking a qualified and experienced Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The main objective of this role is to directly promote our training courses to individuals and increase the number of students and trainees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct marketing and promotion of training courses to individuals via phone and social media platforms.
• Execute marketing and advertising campaigns targeting individuals to boost course registrations.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with current and potential clients to maximize enrollment rates.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales activities and marketing performance.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of proven experience in direct sales or individual-focused marketing (preferably in training or educational services).
• Excellent communication skills with strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Arabic (English proficiency is an added advantage).
• Knowledge of computer use and digital marketing tools.
• Commitment to full-time work (two shifts) at the institute’s Al Ain campus.
