- Develop and execute a content calendar for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create visually appealing and engaging content (photos, reels, stories, carousels) showcasing our flowers, behind-the-scenes processes, and customer stories.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a loyal community.
- Collaborate with florists and photographers to produce high-quality visuals.
- Monitor trends in floral design, weddings, and gifting to keep content fresh and relevant.
2. Organic Growth & SEO
- Optimize website and blog content for SEO to improve search rankings (e.g., flower care guides, wedding tips, seasonal trends).
- Manage local SEO (Google My Business, directories) to attract nearby customers.
- Leverage Pinterest and YouTube for long-term organic traffic growth.
- Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
3. Email & Content Marketing
- Assist in writing and designing newsletters (e.g., seasonal promotions, floral tips).
- Grow the email subscriber list through lead magnets (e.g., free downloadable guides).
4. Collaboration & Branding
- Work with influencers, floral bloggers, and local event planners for partnerships.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice—romantic, elegant, and approachable.
- Support paid campaigns with organic content strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in social media and organic marketing (preferably in lifestyle, floral, or e-commerce).
- Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for floral aesthetics.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media algorithms.
- Excellent copywriting skills for captions, blogs, and emails.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for flowers, gardening, or related industries (a huge plus!).
