We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist — someone who’s passionate about connecting with people, driving results, and bringing creative energy to our marketing efforts.

What You’ll Do

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and build meaningful business connections
Qualify and nurture leads through every stage of the sales funnel
Maintain accurate records and insights in our CRM
Collaborate on marketing campaigns to generate quality leads
Share market trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities with the team
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to boost conversions

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in sales, cold calling, or telemarketing
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and trends (bonus!)
Hands-on experience with CRM and lead management systems
Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven personality
