Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Monitor the activities of the brand management agency and manage project processes.

Coordinate with the agency on the creation of brand identity, digital and physical brand strategies, and communication guidelines.

Track and report the performance of defined brand and communication strategies.

Contribute to the definition of commercial sales targets and support the execution of related sales activities.

Conduct alignment analyses for brand strategies and manage update processes when necessary.

Organize monthly and periodic strategic meetings and follow up on the implementation of outcomes.

Provide strategic direction to the agency for content planning, campaigns, and communication related to special days.

Coordinate strategic projects such as influencer collaborations, cross-brand initiatives, and university/club events.

Actively manage crisis communication processes and coordinate updates with the agency.

Take part in and review contract processes with third parties.

Regularly present strategic evaluation and improvement suggestions to senior management
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales & marketing, brand management, or agency coordination.

Solid knowledge of communication strategies, digital marketing, and social media management.

Proven experience in project management, with strong analytical and result-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Strong capability in crisis management and a solution-driven approach.

Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Fluency in English is preferred
