Sales & Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive company growth by increasing sales, building brand awareness, and developing effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, executing marketing campaigns, and achieving sales target.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals

• Generate leads through digital marketing, social media, and direct outreach
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
• Manage social media platforms and promotional activities
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and sales efforts
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales and marketing or a similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in BPO, real estate, or service-based industry
• Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and content marketing
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
