Sales & Marketing Specialist

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Promote the company’s media services, including branding, digital marketing, videography, photography, website development, social media management, and advertising solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business proposals.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals to convert leads into projects.
  • Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and the company.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to ensure proper service delivery.
  • Follow up with existing clients for repeat business opportunities and upselling services.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and maintain professional communication.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Develop strategies to increase company visibility and attract new clients.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
  • Identify market trends and competitor activities to improve sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and creative team to support campaigns and promotions.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain records of leads, meetings, client communications, and sales activities.
  • Submit regular reports on sales progress, pipeline, and future opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or client relationship management (preferably in media, advertising, branding, or digital marketing industries).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build professional relationships and close deals.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Valid driving license and own car is an advantage.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary (based on experience)
Commission: Attractive commission on each successfully secured project/business generated.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR50,000.00 per month
