Location: Fully Remote (12pm to 8pm PK Time)

Overview

Our client is an innovative Danish startup transforming the shipping industry through renewable energy solutions. They are seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive business growth, promote sustainable shipping solutions, and expand their market presence globally.

This role is ideal for professionals with 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, who are passionate about sustainability and enjoy working in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and close deals in the shipping and renewable energy sector.
• Design and implement marketing campaigns, including digital, social, and email marketing, to promote products and services.
• Identify target markets, build client relationships, and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and investor meetings.
• Support brand building, content creation, and public relations initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and executing marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in B2B sales or working with international clients is highly preferred.
• Passion for sustainability, renewable energy, and innovation in shipping.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
