We are looking for a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our commercial, analytical, and strategic growth activities in Saudi Arabia. This role requires strong experience in industrial B2B sales, market analysis, and managing high-performance sales teams. The ideal candidate will drive revenue, build market presence, and support business decision-making through accurate market and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities Commercial Leadership

  • Develop & implement sales & marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead major negotiations with key clients, contractors, consultants, and industrial companies.
  • Drive business expansion by identifying new sectors, opportunities, and revenue streams.
  • Prepare annual sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and business development plans.

Business Analysis & Market Studies

  • Conduct market studies on competitors, pricing, customer trends, and product demand.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly business analysis reports for management.
  • Evaluate sales performance, profitability, customer segments, and growth indicators.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to guide decision-making and future investments.
  • Identify market gaps and propose new products or business opportunities.

Sales Team Management

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Set KPIs for sales staff and monitor performance regularly.
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Manage territory planning, client allocation, and performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure professional customer service and effective follow-up by the sales team.

Marketing Management

  • Develop marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Oversee digital marketing, social media presence, and branding strategy.
  • Prepare company presentations, brochures, product catalogs, and marketing content.
  • Plan and organize participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.

Customer Relationship & Key Accounts

  • Maintain strong relationships with major clients and decision-makers.
  • Support key account management, resolving escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular client visits and follow up on project progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10–15 years of experience in sales & marketing within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven experience in business analysis and market studies.
  • Strong leadership with experience managing a full sales team.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience in reporting and forecasting.
  • Valid Iqama and availability to work in Saudi Arabia.
  • Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.
