Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Digital Sales and Marketing Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates eager to learn the ins and outs of digital marketing, online sales funnels, lead generation, and client communication in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing:

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, etc.)
• Support content creation for social media, blogs, and websites
• Help manage company’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms
• Monitor website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research

Sales & Lead Generation:

• Assist in identifying potential clients and generating qualified leads
• Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Support in creating sales presentations and pitch decks
• Participate in client meetings (virtual/in-person) and document requirements

General:

• Coordinate with the tech and design teams for campaign executions
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
• Provide weekly reports and updates to the marketing manager

Key Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, SMM, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related fields
• Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
• Prior internship experience in sales or marketing is an advantage
