Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Mechanical Engineer to support and expand our Oil & Gas business in Qatar. The role involves technical sales and business development of butterfly valves, centrifugal pumps, compressors, and turbines for major Oil & Gas operators, EPC contractors, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales of valves, pumps, compressors, and turbines within the Qatar Oil & Gas sector
• Maintain strong relationships with end users, EPC contractors, consultants, and procurement teams
• Prepare and submit technical & commercial offers, tenders, and pre-qualification documents
• Participate in technical meetings, site visits, and product presentations
• Coordinate with OEMs, principals, and internal engineering teams
• Monitor market trends, project pipelines, and competitor activity
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5–8 years of proven sales experience in Oil & Gas mechanical equipment
• Strong technical knowledge of butterfly valves, centrifugal pumps, compressors, and turbines
• Prior experience with Q Group of Companies is highly preferred
• Established contacts within Qatar Oil & Gas operators and EPC companies
• Strong negotiation, communication, and technical presentation skills
• Valid Qatar driving license preferred
