We are accepting applications for a full-time Sales Menu Data Quality Coordinator. The Sales Menu Quality Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of dispensary sales menu data across systems. This role ensures that pricing, product details, promotions, and configurations are correct and up to date. The position focuses heavily on data review, validation, and correction.
The typical schedule is Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Review sales menu data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
2. Identify and correct pricing, product, and configuration errors
3. Validate menu updates before and after system changes or launches
4. Compare sales menu data across internal systems to ensure alignment
5. Track, document, and report data quality issues and resolutions
6. Coordinate with sales and marketing to resolve discrepancies
7. Maintain data quality checklists, standards, and documentation
8. Assist with audits and ongoing quality assurance processes
9. Support continuous improvement of sales menu data workflows
10. Other duties as assigned.
