Sales Menu Data Quality Coordinator

We are accepting applications for a full-time Sales Menu Data Quality Coordinator. The Sales Menu Quality Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of dispensary sales menu data across systems. This role ensures that pricing, product details, promotions, and configurations are correct and up to date. The position focuses heavily on data review, validation, and correction.

The typical schedule is Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Review sales menu data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency

2. Identify and correct pricing, product, and configuration errors

3. Validate menu updates before and after system changes or launches

4. Compare sales menu data across internal systems to ensure alignment

5. Track, document, and report data quality issues and resolutions

6. Coordinate with sales and marketing to resolve discrepancies

7. Maintain data quality checklists, standards, and documentation

8. Assist with audits and ongoing quality assurance processes

9. Support continuous improvement of sales menu data workflows

10. Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to maintain focus while reviewing large datasets
• High level of concentration and accuracy in repetitive tasks
• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (filters, formulas, lookups)
• Ability to work with large datasets accurately
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow procedures and document findings
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to solve problems under pressure/ work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass required background checks.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, or related field preferred
• Experience with pricing, product catalogs, or sales systems
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or menu management tools
• Experience in data quality, quality assurance, or data coordination roles
