Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Merchandiser with a strong background in the toy industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product displays and ensuring that our toy products are presented effectively in retail environments to maximize sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and maintain attractive product displays in stores to optimize visibility and sales.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.
  • Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to recommend merchandising strategies and product placement adjustments.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess product presentation, identify opportunities, and ensure compliance with company merchandising standards.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and procurement teams to forecast demand and support product launches.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and suppliers to facilitate smooth product flow.
  • Keep up-to-date with toy industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of merchandising experience.
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail operations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable merchandising strategies.
  • Flexible and able to travel to multiple retail locations as required.
