SALES MERCHANDISER

Job Purpose:

To provide essential sales support, ensuring efficient sales operations, accurate documentation, and effective communication to contribute to the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction

Key Result Areas:
1. Monitoring sales and identifying any losses or stock wastage and manage orders and communicate timely deliveries to all suppliers and distributors.

2. Collect feedback & keep sales manager updated with the same. Timely reporting to sales manager.

3. Arrange & Manage stock display and rotation to ensure every space is optimized.

4. Assessing the effectiveness of different product displays and store layouts.

5. Reviewing competitors' brand on display, including pricing, in store marketing and other progress.

6. Thorough understanding of merchandising trends and industry best practices.

7. Maintain & manage invoices, LPO*s, delivery orders as per company guidelines / process. In-depth knowledge of industry-specific trends and issues.

8. A proven track record of achieving excellent results with merchandising strategies and promotional activity

9. Manage & maintain vehicle logs and ensure proper care & maintenance of assets(vehicles)

8. Minimum Education, Experience and Skills:
Educational Qualification:

• High School Diploma + Relevant experience in merchandising (B2B food or retail)

Work Experience:

• Minimum 3 years* experience in UAE as Merchandiser (retail)
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license and have access to a car.
• Experience in Fruit & vegetable category will be added advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license (3 number)
• Age: 25-40

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, including speaking and listening
• Strong time management abilities, including planning and prioritizing workloads.
