Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Merchandiser with a minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product displays, ensuring stock availability, and maximizing sales across assigned retail outlets.

A valid driving license is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned retail outlets on a regular basis
• Ensure proper product placement as per company guidelines and planograms
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
• Ensure correct pricing and promotional displays
• Maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff
• Conduct market and competitor analysis
• Submit daily/weekly reports on sales, stock, and store visits
• Ensure products are well displayed and shelves are organized

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Retail Merchandiser
• Valid driving license (Mandatory)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple outlets
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in FMCG / Retail industry
• Ability to work independently
• Target-oriented mindset
