Sales - Merchandiser Hybrid - Mt. Pleasant

As a Hybrid Merchandiser you will support our sales department by ensuring our products are up to date, our brands well represented, and our presence stands out in top retail stores.

Merchandising experience is helpful as well as a strong customer service background. Job functions include moving stock from back room to shelving locations, rotating wine and displaying new items, and ensuring all products and shelves are clean and appealing.

Vintage Wine Company is a family owned and operated distributor servicing the State of Michigan from our Roseville facility since 1978.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with store management and sales team to ensure effective merchandising and product placement.
- Execute merchandising strategies to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Conduct store visits to assess product availability, pricing, and promotional displays.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with store management, sales team, and customers.
- Market knowledge to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Prerequisite hiring mandates:

H.S Diploma or GED equivalent, a valid Michigan Driver's License, with a clear driving history.

Preplacement physical, drug screen and background check.

This is a full time, 5 days per week position.
