Role Overview

As a Lettings & Sales Agent, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of residential property transactions-from sourcing and marketing listings to conducting viewings and closing deals. You'll work closely with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers, acting as a trusted advisor and providing expert guidance throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a portfolio of residential properties for rent and sale
  • Conduct property valuations and secure new listings
  • Manage the full sales and lettings process from start to finish
  • Conduct viewings and provide detailed feedback to clients
  • Negotiate offers and secure successful outcomes for all parties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers
  • Stay up-to-date with local market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
  • Provide exceptional after-sales/lettings service and follow-up
Requirements
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Confident, professional, and customer-focused
  • Target-driven with a proactive mindset
  • UAE driving license and own car (essential)
