Role Description:

We're seeking an experienced Sales Officer/DSR to join our team in Goa Location, As a Sales Officer/DSR at ENERG Lubricants, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, customer service, and lead generation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include customer communication, sales operations, and channel sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify business opportunities and target markets

2. Make initial customer contact through visits or calls

3. Plan and organize customer visits

4. Develop business proposals tailored to customers' needs

5. Negotiate prices and specifications

6. Manage account management and expansion activities

7. Build meaningful relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

8. Develop detailed territory plans

9. Ensure timely delivery of products and services

10. Follow up on customer satisfaction

11. Research market trends and competitor activity

12. Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records

Qualifications and Experience:

- Any graduate or diploma with 2-5 years of experience in sales

- Must have experience in the automobile and oil industries, specifically in lubricant and automotive sales

- Proven track record of sales growth and customer relationship management

Target Companies:

- Oil companies with experience in lubricant and automotive sales

- Four and two-wheeler vehicle companies with experience in oil, additive, and aerosol products
