Sales Officer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly driven Sales Officer responsible for achieving sales targets, capturing new business, and growing our market share. This role involves market research, client acquisition, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

A valid UAE driving license is mandatory as this role requires daily market visits and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through lead generation, client visits, and deal closures.
• Capture new markets and grow the customer base through prospecting and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management.
• Ensure timely payment collections and maintain healthy receivables.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics for smooth order processing and deliveries.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in food & beverage, FMCG, or B2B distribution.
• Valid UAE driving license – mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the UAE food market, especially HORECA and wholesale channels.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure.

• English & Hindi/Urdu

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
