Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales through outbound calls, tele-marketing and direct communication with leads and prospects
• Manage and nurture customer relationships to generate repeat business
• Actively identify new business opportunities within assigned regions/segments
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a result-oriented approach
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales activities and customer interactions in CRM
• Support in promotional campaigns and follow-ups for lead conversion

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or tele-sales, preferably in the beauty, wellness or similar industry
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset
• Comfort working with targets, performance-driven approach
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales
• Team player with a proactive attitude
