Sales Officer

Role Description:

The Legal Sales Officer shall be responsible for the following:

- Identify potential clients and develop strategies to build and maintain professional relationships.

- Promote and sell our services following the company’s strategic plans and goals, and the KPI set by the line manager. (Legal Consultation, Legal Services, … etc)

- Understand the basic law terminologies to communicate services for the potential clients in a professional manner.

- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to finalize sales, ensuring terms are favourable for both the company and the client.

- Assist the line manager in developing sales plans and action plans, contributing to the overall sales strategy.

- Perform competitive analysis, market research, and product assessment to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

- Implement and maintain sales tracking and monitoring systems to evaluate performance and adjust strategies as needed.

- Conduct after sale follow up and customer satisfactory service (Feedback Mechanism)
