The sales representative (or sales rep) is responsible for overseeing the sale of products or services from beginning to end. This individual is the direct point of contact with a customer and is in charge of ensuring a customer’s needs and expectations are met. A sales representative should know their product or service inside and out and guide their customers through the purchase process efficiently and satisfactorily
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reaching out to customers leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Submits purchase orders.
  • Deliver the right report about sales progress and activities on a periodic basis.
  • Maintains monthly or bi-monthly minimum goals.
  • Maintains documentation of customer contact and account updates.
  • Maintain customer relations and ensure the service delivery on daily basis with the clients.
  • Contact, resolve, & report any raised complaints from the customers in collaboration with related departments.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND TRAINING:
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

EDUCATION/DEGREE:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
