We're looking for a passionate and driven Sales Officer to help us expand our brand and delight new customers.

Job summary
As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, primarily by establishing and nurturing business-to-business (B2B) partnerships. You will identify and approach potential corporate clients, hotel/restaurant/catering (HORECA) venues, and other retailers to grow our wholesale business. The ideal candidate has a love for baked goods and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the food and beverage industry.

Key responsibilities

• Actively research and identify new B2B sales opportunities within the Dubai market, including cafes, restaurants, hotels, and corporate offices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct sales meetings, present product samples, and create compelling proposals that showcase the quality and value of Fatcheeks Cookies.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules, ensuring that agreements are profitable for the company and satisfactory for the client.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Work closely with the bakery and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of wholesale orders.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to help develop new sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and sales forecasts using a CRM system.

Required skills and qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the bakery, FMCG, or food service industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license and proficiency with MS Office are preferred.
