1) Introduction

ASN Holdings, is seeking an energetic sales professional, for its brand Terrasn, a horticulture and landscaping specialized setup.

The role requires marketing and selling Terrasn’s complete range of horticultural and landscaping products and services across Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and nearby cities. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and expand corporate and domestic

client portfolios through proactive fieldwork and relationship management.

2) Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Terrasn’s horticulture and landscaping products and services to both corporate and domestic clients.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and surrounding regions.
  • Develop, implement, and execute sales strategies independently to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market visits, meet potential customers, and present brand offerings professionally.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales proposals, quotations, and service contracts as per client requirements.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Weekly reporting of all sales activities, client meetings, inquiries, and conversions to management.
  • Keep detailed records of prospective and existing customers and maintain the CRM database.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies and fulfill customer requirements.
  • Represent Terrasn in exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.

3) Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in landscaping, horticulture, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to design and implement independent sales strategies and achieve targets under minimal supervision.
  • Professional appearance with formal and presentable dress code.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu; local language proficiency will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and surrounding areas’ business zones, housing societies, and key market locations.
  • Knowledge of landscaping and horticulture materials will be considered an asset.

4) Mandatory Requirements

  • Own motorbike and valid driving license.
  • Age between 20 and 35 years.
  • Must possess valid CNIC and provide photocopies of academic credentials.
  • Police verification / character certificate submission required before appointment.
  • Weekly sales reporting with visit summaries, customer interactions, and potential lead updates.
  • Ability to submit structured proposals, quotations, and contracts independently.

5) Position Details

Brand Terrasn – Horticulture & Landscaping Division of ASN Holdings

Office Location World Trade Centre (Giga Mall), DHA Phase 2, Islamabad

Territory Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and surrounding cities

Reporting To Sales & Marketing Manager / General Manager

Employment Type Full-Time

Office Hours 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary PKR 25,000 + Commission

Job Nature Target-based; performance evaluated by client acquisition and sales growth

6) Core Competencies

  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to field sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management.
  • Understanding of horticultural and landscaping industry trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong documentation and reporting discipline.
  • Effective use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

7) Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: PKR 25,000
  • Sales-based Commission and Performance Bonuses
  • Fuel Allowance (for official visits as per company policy)
  • Mobile Allowance (as per company communication policy)
  • Annual Increment based on performance review

8) Selection Process

  • Pre-screening of applications based on qualifications and experience.
  • Initial interview with Sales and HR departments.
  • Field assessment to evaluate communication and client engagement skills.
  • Final interview with General Manager for offer approval.
  • Background, reference, and police verification before onboarding.
