About the Role


Our client, a dynamic technology company specializing in SaaS solutions, is seeking an experienced Sales Officer to drive growth, manage client relationships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate has a strong background in software sales , understands the SaaS business model , and thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for SaaS products and applications.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver tailored sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and customer messaging.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging SaaS technologies.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to improve product features and user experience.



Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in SaaS or technology sales , ideally in B2B environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based software, CRM systems, or business applications .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
