Sales Officer

Job Description:

The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling banking products such as credit cards, personal loans, and other financial services to individual and corporate clients. The role involves achieving assigned sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.Key Responsibilities:

*Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, telecalling, and referrals.

*Promote and sell financial products (Credit Cards / Personal Loans / Auto Loans / SME Products).

*Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

*Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company brand positively in all interactions.

*Accurately complete customer application forms and ensure all documentation complies with bank and company policies.

*Provide clients with detailed product information, including features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.

*Follow up with clients to ensure smooth processing and activation of applications.

*Coordinate with back-office teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of customer files.

*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products, policies, and market trends.

*Handle customer queries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain long-term client relationships.Requirements:

*Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience in banking or financial products (Credit Cards / Loans).

*Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

*Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

*Good command of English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage).Presentable, confident, and self-motivated.

*UAE experience preferred.Educational Qualification:

*Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in sales/marketing/business.Compensation & Benefits:
