Drive project-based sales exclusively, focusing on infrastructure projects (roads, railways, high-

rise, PMAY, etc.).

Perform daily performance tracking of sales activities and pipeline progress; maintain accurate

reporting in CRM.

Travel extensively to project sites, client offices, and key decision-makers.

Aggressively close deals to achieve top-line growth while maintaining profitability.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in infrastructure/construction equipment sales with proven ability

to sell scaffolding, shuttering, or similar products.

Strong “hunter” mindset with expertise in market penetration, project entry, and relationship

building.

Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed aggressive sales targets.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Ability to work independently, take ownership, and report directly to the CEO.

High willingness to travel frequently for on-ground sales execution.

Fixed salary component (if any) negotiable based on experience.
