Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to drive B2B sales in the travel industry. The role focuses on acquiring and managing business clients, building long-term partnerships, and promoting our travel services to corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators.
- Promote and sell travel services, including corporate travel packages, group tours, and customized solutions.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor offerings.
- Support sales strategy development and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and forecasts in CRM systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, bookings, and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and travel regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of travel products, destinations, and corporate travel trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
