SALES OFFICER

The Sales Officer is responsible for generating business and securing contracts for maintenance works, villa projects, service blocks, majlis, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works. The role focuses on identifying new clients, maintaining existing customer relationships, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for maintenance, construction, and MEP works
• Promote services related to villas, service blocks, majlis, and commercial/residential projects
• Visit clients, consultants, and contractors to present company services
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders
• Coordinate with technical, estimation, and project teams for accurate pricing
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals

Scope of Work

• Maintenance contracts (annual & call-based)
• Villa renovation and construction projects
• Service blocks and majlis works
• MEP works including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of sales experience in maintenance, construction, or MEP industry
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Valid driving license (preferred)
