Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the plywood, laminates, and hardware sectors.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our product range and provide technical support to customers.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
• Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the plywood, laminates, or hardware industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 per month
