Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Person to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tissue industry, and a strong desire to contribute to the company’s growth and success. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, building a strong customer base.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and improve processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Intermediate to Graduation.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the tissue industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM systems.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
