Role Overview:
The Sales Officer is responsible for supporting the sales process from lead generation to deal closure while also handling sales administration and coordination tasks. The role involves direct interaction with customers, preparing proposals, managing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, operations, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.

Present company services and conduct sales meetings with clients.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.

Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into sales.

Maintain and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.

Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Track sales orders, documentation, and customer requirements.

Prepare periodic sales reports and performance updates.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in sales or sales support roles.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage both client-facing and administrative tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
