Job Overview:

We an authorized dealer of oil and lubricants, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to support business growth through active customer engagement and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold visits (walk-ins) to potential clients to generate business opportunities
• Identify and develop new leads and regularly update the Sales Manager on progress
• Promote and sell oil and lubricant products to clients
• Achieve assigned sales targets within specified deadlines
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates
• Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely closure of sales
• Adhere to company policies and sales strategies

Requirements:

• Experience in sales (preferably in oil, lubricants, or related industry)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Willingness to conduct field sales and client visits

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (any relevant field)

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Hindi
