Sales Executive - Building materials

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team and drive business development across key industrial sectors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a B2B environment, enjoys meeting decision-makers, and has a passion for closing high-value deals.

You will play a critical role in expanding our presence in industries such as Building Materials, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, EPC, Marine, Power & Utilities, and Pipe Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within large corporate and industrial clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
  • Generate and qualify leads, converting them into long-term business partnerships
  • Prepare and deliver customized technical and commercial proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth project execution
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client visits

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales within industrial sectors (Oil & Gas, Construction, Manufacturing, or related)
  • Strong understanding of industrial equipment or pipeline tools (testing, sealing, isolation, repair preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage with senior-level decision-makers
  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory)
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel
