Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our Tourism division in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving tourism sales , building strong client relationships, and promoting travel packages, tour services, and tourism solutions to corporate and individual customers.

This role is well-suited for professionals with experience in travel sales, tourism marketing, corporate sales, or leisure services .

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell tourism products, travel packages, and services
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer records
  • Coordinate with operations, reservations, and marketing teams
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide professional sales support

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Officer, Sales Executive, or Tourism Sales Representative
  • Background in tourism, travel, hospitality, or leisure services
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Dubai tourism market
  • Knowledge of travel destinations, tour operations, and leisure services
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
  • Multilingual skills (English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus)
