Sales Officer

Job Title: Sales Executive
Salary Range: PKR 30,000 – 40,000
Location: North Nazimabad Block L, Karachi

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive who can effectively handle and convert leads generated through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage potential clients, understand their needs, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to incoming leads from Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Communicate with potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and messages
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions/services
• Build trust and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates
• Maintain records of interactions and update CRM/sales tracking sheets
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, lead conversion, or customer dealing (preferred)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Confidence in dealing with clients and handling objections
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools, messaging platforms)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in handling Meta Ads leads
• Prior experience in digital marketing or online sales
