Sales Officer

We are looking for an experienced and aggressive Salesperson from the Chemical / Industrial sector to spearhead our market growth in Lahore. As a Sales Executive, you will specialize in promoting and selling high-performance industrial adhesives and technical inks to the packaging and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• B2B Client Acquisition: Actively target, map, and approach potential industrial clients in the corrugated carton, flexible packaging, and commercial printing industries across Lahore's key industrial hubs.
• Technical Value Selling: Conduct product demonstrations, promote industrial adhesives and inks, and match specific chemical product formulations to client manufacturing requirements.
• Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for technical procurement and production teams, building long-term institutional relationships.
• Market & Competitor Tracking: Monitor chemical industry trends, keep track of competitor pricing/product movements, and identify gaps in the market.
• Cross-functional Alignment: Coordinate seamlessly with factory production, quality assurance (QA), and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Target Driven Growth: Secure new accounts, maintain repeat business, and consistently meet month-on-month sales volumes and recovery targets.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of mandatory Field Sales experience strictly within the Chemical, Industrial Adhesives, Paints, Coatings, or Polymer industries.
• Education: Minimum Graduate (Candidates with a background in BSc Chemistry or Chemical Engineering will be given a distinct advantage).
• Skills: * Proven capability of managing B2B/industrial clients.
• Solid understanding of chemical properties, technical data sheets (TDS), and industrial packaging processes.
• Strong negotiation, pitch presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Logistics: Must own a personal motorcycle and a valid driving license for intensive daily field visits.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
