Sales Officer

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing customer relationships, achieving assigned targets, and contributing to business growth. Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply, while prior sales experience will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products and services to prospective and existing customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Prepare and maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and business development initiatives.
• Submit regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.

Qualification:

• Intermediate / Graduate

Experience:

• Fresh to 1 year of experience
• Prior sales experience will be an added advantage
