Job Purpose:

To drive sales and revenue growth by promoting, selling, and providing technical solutions for construction heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, cranes, and other machinery. The role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and service support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, mining, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Conduct product presentations, equipment demonstrations, and site visits to prospective clients.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for heavy equipment and related services.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and proposals in line with company policies.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the service, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing, and new business opportunities.
  • Manage customer accounts, follow up on payments, and ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in sales of construction or heavy equipment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical understanding of heavy equipment, attachments, and their applications.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
