Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Officer to join our team at Bin Arbaid Industrial Services, a leading provider of manpower services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting our range of FM services to new and existing clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Actively identify and prospect new clients, including businesses and individuals, to sell security services such as manned guarding, surveillance, alarm systems, and consultancy.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts effectively to close deals.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and progress toward goals.
  • Customer Service: Address client queries, resolve issues, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and service delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and continued service excellence.
  • Brand Promotion: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to promote the company’s services and expand market reach.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field .
  • Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the security, facilities management, or related industry.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with security services and industry trends is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
