Sales Officer (Female Candidate with Valid Driving License)

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Promote company products and services to clients to maximize profitability.
  • Conduct virtual meetings and physical sales visits to introduce products and answer client queries.
  • Demonstrate and present products effectively.
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial packages.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals to generate business.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain daily activity reports and follow-up records.

2. Market Research & Analysis

  • Collect, investigate, and summarize market data and trends.
  • Maintain and update customer records using CRM systems.
  • Analyze information and prepare sales and performance reports.
  • Monitor competitor activities and marketing trends in the Qatar marketplace.
  • Identify market opportunities and recommend improvements or new products.
  • Measure and report performance of marketing and competing campaigns.
  • Contribute to the preparation and execution of the marketing plan aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain professional networks.

Areas of Responsibility & Prerogatives Marketing & Sales

  • Generate new customers through multiple channels.
  • Ensure regular customer engagement and retention.
  • Facilitate coordination with Collection and Finance departments for smooth transactions.

Marketing Concepts & Strategy

  • Align company actions with brand direction and strategy.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Participate in strategic marketing planning and execution.

Required Skills & Competencies-knowledge

  • Strong understanding of commercial and negotiation techniques.
  • Good knowledge of the company’s sales and marketing policies and strategies.
  • Excellent knowledge of product range.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or Economics.

Know-How

  • Proven ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and present sales data effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

Qualifications & Experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
