Sales Officer (Field Marketing)

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Officer (Field Marketing) to promote company products/services, generate leads, and close sales through on-ground field activities. The role requires regular client visits, relationship building, and market development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to generate leads and acquire new customers
• Promote company products/services to potential clients
• Meet weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities
• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and follow-ups
• Maintain daily activity reports and sales records

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Officer / Field Sales Executive
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools is a plus
• Must have a bike/transport (if applicable)
