Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and convert new customers in assigned territories or market segments.
- Offer training/courses to new customers offered by the company.
- Get hands on experience on product knowledge and guide, counsel the customers about the product/services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Understand customer needs to recommend the right solutions and ensure satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive approach and convert inquires into lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order processing and after-sales support.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify business opportunities.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in sales (preferably in education/training/services real estate sector).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about meeting targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
