Job Summary:

JIFCO, established in 1995, is a leading provider of furniture, curtains and carpet sales/services, especially in the hospitality sector in UAE. It is seeking to hire a proactive and results-driven Sales Officer to join its furniture & upholstery division.

Successful candidates will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and drive growth by visiting existing and prospective clients. This role requires highly motivated person with industry experience. Compensation includes competitive salary, transportation, target-based incentives, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities with potential and existing clients across Dubai and surrounding areas.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs and budgets.
• Negotiate pricing, prepare sales proposals, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams including design, production, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
• Self-driven with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Dubai’s commercial landscape and ability to travel frequently within UAE. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
