Sales Officer – Medical Consumables

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Officer to promote and sell first aid bandages and medical tapes to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, distributors, and other healthcare customers. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell first aid bandages and medical tapes within the assigned territory
• Identify and develop new customers, including pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and distributors
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, deliveries, and collections
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in medical consumables/devices, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area
• Basic understanding of healthcare or medical products is preferred
• Valid driving license (preferred)
