Salary: Rs. 35,000/month (basic) + Attractive Commissions (up to Rs. 60,000/month)

Role Overview
We are seeking on-site Sales Officers to join our team. This role requires direct client interaction with HR departments, SMEs, and corporates to pitch and close sales. The position is performance-driven, where achieving 200 leads/month can more than double your earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site sales visits to companies, HR departments, and SMEs to pitch services.
• Promote Aitemaad Screening (Powered by ScaleUp Connect) services including Police Verification, Employment Verification, and Site Visits.
• Achieve monthly sales target of 200 leads.
• Develop and maintain a strong client pipeline through field visits and follow-ups.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery.
• Maintain sales records and provide daily/weekly reports to management.

Requirements

• Education: Intermediate / Undergraduate (Bachelor’s not mandatory).
• Experience in field/on-site sales (HR services, BPO, insurance, or related sectors) preferred.
• Fresh candidates with excellent communication & persuasion skills may also apply.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Target-driven with ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools.
• Must be willing to travel within the city for daily on-site client visits.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: Rs. 35,000/month.
• Commission: Rs. 300 per lead (up to Rs. 60,000/month).
• Total Potential Monthly Income: Rs. 95,000+ (salary + commission).
