Job Description

HDFC Sales Pvt Ltd is looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Officers and Relationship Managers for Mortgage Sales. The role involves sourcing, generating, and closing home loan business while building strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct area, lane, and geography mapping to identify new business opportunities
• Source home loan leads through field sales activities and assigned channels
• Build and manage relationships with customers, referral sources, and channel partners
• Explain mortgage products clearly and guide customers through the loan process
• Ensure complete and accurate collection of application forms and documents
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement
• Maintain daily activity reports and sales MIS in the prescribed format
• Attend daily team huddles and review performance with the reporting manager

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate from any stream
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales (mandatory)
• Experience in handling multiple products or cross-selling is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel locally for field sales activities
• Two-wheeler and driving license will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
